Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk Assistant to manage reception and administrative support for our IT company. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression for clients, partners, and visitors while supporting daily office and coordination needs in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and direct them appropriately
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Manage meeting schedules, conference rooms, and visitor coordination
Maintain visitor records and follow company security protocols
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and technical teams for internal communication
Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (ID cards, access coordination, etc.)
Handle courier services, mail, and office supplies
Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing
Ensure reception and common areas are presentable at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a front desk assistant, receptionist, or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in MS Office, email systems, and basic scheduling tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an IT or corporate office environment
Familiarity with HR or office management processes
Basic understanding of IT company operations or terminology
