Job Overview
A Coiled Tubing Mechanic at Go Coil II maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs specialized oilfield equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and pressure control systems, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Duties
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on coil tubing units, injectors, reel trailers, power packs, and pressure control equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues to minimize downtime on field locations.
- Field Support: Rig up and rig down equipment, assist in, and, in some cases, operate machinery during oil and gas well services.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental), and company standard operating procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and inventory of parts.
- Component Overhaul: Repair or replace components such as pumps, motors, hoses, valves, and injectors.

- Ability to work a rotational schedule and remain fit for duty.
