Grozah Auto Lab, an auto body shop near LAX Airport, is hiring an experienced Shop Manager to lead our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day shop operations</li>
<li>Write estimates in CCC ONE / Mitchell / Audatex</li>
<li>Negotiate with insurance adjusters and handle supplements</li>
<li>Order parts and coordinate with paint vendors</li>
<li>Manage repair timelines and lead the technician team</li>
<li>Communicate with customers throughout the repair process</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager or Estimator</li>
<li>Proficiency in CCC ONE / Mitchell / Audatex</li>
<li>Experience working with insurance carriers</li>
<li>Fluent English</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License and U.S. work authorization</li>
</ul>
