Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Your Mission:
- Maintain a full caseload of family law matters: divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-decree issues.
- Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength.
- Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and build persuasive legal strategies.
- Communicate with clients frequently, keeping them informed and confident.
- Work with intake, paralegals, and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay.
- Hit deadlines. Drive results. Close cases. Protect families.
Qualifications:
Who You Are:
- A licensed attorney in NC with 2+ years of experience in family law.
- In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident.
- Obsessed with results, not excuses.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Driven by client satisfaction and professional development.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with Clio is a plus).
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to pivot and land at a moment's notice.
