We are seeking a Facilities Manager - for Hotels. You will help plan and facilitate all maintenance for multiple properties
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all preventative maintenance and repairs for properties
- Attract and educate hotel staff and maintenance personnel
- Investigate and resolve complaints and resolve in a urgent manner
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff and maintenance crew to resolve and address issues
- Enforce property and hotel brand rules and regulations
- Maintain and oversee property repairs (HVAC, Finishes, MEP Systems, Pools, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with subcontractor, contracts and vendor agreements
- Ability to build rapport with hotel staff and management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize issues as they present themselves
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computers
- Experience in training hotel staff , however address problems and repairs themselves when required
- Clean Driving Record ( Ability to operate company vehicle)
- Willing to undergo a background check and Pre-employment drug screening
