Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and resolving system-related issues for end-users. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, ensuring proper access and security settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Windows 10 and other operating systems.
• Respond to service desk tickets promptly, documenting resolutions and escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist end-users with basic troubleshooting and provide guidance on system usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while addressing IT-related concerns.
• Test and deploy software updates and patches as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance user satisfaction and productivity.• Proficiency in Active Directory management and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and other Windows operating systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with users and team members.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem resolution.
• Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
