Located in Appleton, WI
Salary: $20.00-$22.00/HR
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $20.00-$22.00/HR + Commission
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, determining their needs, and recommending products or repair services.
- Schedule and coordinate service work to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and process work orders accurately, including parts and service documentation.
- Operate computers, software systems, and cash registers to manage transactions and service records.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors to support smooth service operations.
- Maintain a professional, personable, and dependable presence in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and sales skills with an outgoing, personable attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer aptitude: proficiency with software systems and point-of-sale tools.
- Experience as a parts or service writer preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
