About the Role-We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic service team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of Jaguar/Land Rover dealership experience, we want to hear from youYou’ll be responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and supporting the service department with accurate documentation and timely submissions.
 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims to Jaguar/Land Rover</li>
<li>Review repair orders for proper documentation and authorization</li>
<li>Maintain warranty records and reconcile payments</li>
<li>Communicate with service advisors and technicians to resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Stay current with manufacturer policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of warranty administration experience Jaguar/Land Rover dealership a plus</li>
<li>Proficiency with Reynold &amp; Reynolds and Dealer Connect</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and follow-up abilities</li>
