Who We Want:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep Angular expertise to help lead the evolution of our core SaaS platform.

This is not a feature-factory role. You will influence frontend architecture, define engineering standards, and drive performance, scalability, and usability across a mission-critical application used in real-world emergency scenarios.

You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product leaders, and UX designers to build performant, intuitive interfaces that clinicians and first responders rely on under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead frontend architecture decisions across our Angular-based platform.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable UI components usingAngular (19+)and TypeScript.
  • Contribute to features and components built inVue (3.5+)where applicable.
  • Establish and evolve frontend engineering standards and best practices.
  • Drive performance optimization efforts (bundle size, lazy loading, runtime efficiency).
  • Translate complex product requirements into clean, testable implementations.
  • Collaborate with UX to deliver intuitive, accessible, high-performance interfaces.
  • Define and improve frontend testing strategy (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend teams.
  • Contribute to observability and application monitoring (APM, logging, performance tracking).
  • Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and technical roadmap conversations.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Deep experience withAngular (2+), including modern Angular patterns and reactive programming principles.
  • Strong proficiency inTypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, andTailwind CSS.
  • Experience building and maintaining reusable component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Karma.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. You'll be working in a fast-paced Agile environment with a tight-knit team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLM integrations, or machine learning systems.
  • Familiarity with modern observability platforms (e.g., Datadog).
  • Experience with Vue.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
