Compensation: STRONG flexible six figure base salary + Uncapped commission ($200K OTE is the target, but willing to flex for the right person)

Our client, the leading source of essential rental services and equipment, is looking to bring on an Inside Sales Manager to lead their growing sales team in Tampa. This leader will be over a team of reps responsible for hunting for new business within existing accounts, supporting the outside sales team, and ensure operations and customer service requests run smoothly with customers, etc. This private equity backed powerhouse has continuously grown 20% YOY during a 20 year span and were named to Tampa Bay's Best Places To Work list for 2025 and 2026, so this is an opportunity with a company that you can feel confident growing with for the long haul!
