Position: Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a mechanically inclined individual who’s early in their career and interested in growing with a company long-term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems independently, and learning new systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Around 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience (work, trade school, or strong personal experience)
- Someone at the start of their career who wants stability and long-term growth
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Experience working on personal vehicles and home projects
- Familiarity with:

- Stamping presses
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- General handyman skills
- Electrically inclined (basic troubleshooting, wiring, or controls experience is a plus)
