About the Role:

The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive first impression for guests at Tolovana Inn. This position is responsible for front desk operations, which includes greeting guests, checking them in and out, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. The Front Desk Agent will also handle reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest information. By providing exceptional customer service, the Front Desk Agent contributes to the overall guest experience and satisfaction, which is vital for the success of the hotel. Ultimately, this role is key in fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with property management software.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including handling reservations and payments.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the property management system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
