- POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs and accomplishes minor maintenance carpentry, electrical, plumbing and fire proofing necessary to the maintenance, repair and renovation of University Health buildings and facilities.
- Ensures safe, competent, efficient, and timely performance of assigned tasks
- Estimates materials, labor costs, and requisitions
- EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Completion of high school, trade school or equivalent GED
- One year experience of at least two or more building crafts such as general maintenance, construction, plumbing or electricity is required.
- Must possess a Maintenance Technician License from the City of San Antonio or obtain same within 3 months of employment.
- A valid Texas State driver's license "Class C" and must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record
