Customer Service Manager
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday: 8a - 5p
Location: Mesquite, Texas

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll oversee our technical services team responsible for warranty claims and product support, ensuring all processes align with company standards. Your analytical expertise will shine as you compile and interpret data on call center activities, warranty trends, and customer feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements. Working closely with internal and outsourced contact centers, you’ll support order fulfillment, problem resolution, and continuous process enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven project management skills from conception to execution
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing teams and working with contact center operations
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Outdoor Power Equipment or Durable Goods industries
- Knowledge of warranty policies and technical support functions
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment, particularly in product support
- Background in data analysis to enhance operational efficiencies
Additional Requirements:
- Experience managing a team of at least 4 direct reports
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry standards
