What You'll Do
- Manage complex plaintiff-side litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Review and analyze medical records, damages, and liability issues
- Participate in depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
- Work closely with partners and litigation teams on high-stakes cases
- Mentor support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Mass tort experience highly preferred
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
- Strong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfort handling sensitive and emotionally complex matters involving sexual abuse claims
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $155,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
- Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
- This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
- Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry items weighting up to 30 pounds
