We are looking for an experienced Sushi Head Chef to join our team for a new restaurant opening soon.
We are looking for someone who can help us set up and develop the sushi program from the ground up, including menu development, kitchen setup, preparation standards, and training the sushi team.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong sushi experience
• Leadership experience and ability to help build a strong team
• Professional, reliable, and a positive attitude
• Creative and passionate about high-quality Japanese cuisine
• Omakase experience is a big plus
Compensation: Starting at $25+/hour + tips
For a highly experienced and talented candidate, higher compensation can be discussed and will be considered based on experience and skill level.
