- What You’ll Do
- Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and professionally
- Service Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and security systems within an assigned territory
- Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, system overhauls, and PM work
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions
- Perform site surveys for future installations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Travel & Scheduling
- Travel is CONUS-based and ranges from a few hours to a couple of weeks at a time
- All travel expenses are covered by the company
- You are paid for travel time to the job site
- Schedules are provided in advance, and you can choose the time periods you want to work
- Fixed weekly schedule with:

- Workdays: Weekdays (occasional weekend travel)
- Days off: Weekends and non-scheduled days
