What You'll Be Doing
- Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Show homes and guide clients through the buying or selling process
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
- Build your referral business and long-term client relationships
- Utilize CRM technology to manage your pipeline and client communication
- Participate in coaching, training, and team collaboration opportunities
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed real estate agents in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey
- Agents looking for more lead opportunities and stronger support

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in DE, MD, PA, and/or NJ
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to consistently follow up with leads and clients
- Experience using MLS systems, CRM platforms, and transaction management tools preferred
- Organized, self-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
Compensation Schedule
Commission-Based Position
Expected Earnings: $60,000-$200,000+ annually
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Flexible schedule
- Weekend availability encouraged
