What You'll Do:

• Oversee hotel operations during overnight hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and security.
• Do laundry, wash, dry and fold. Ensuring all laundry is finished during shift.
• Assist guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any overnight inquiries.
• Perform nightly financial audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
• Monitor property security, conduct safety checks, and address any issues as needed.
• Process payments, manage reservations, and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Assist with setting up breakfast or other morning preparations as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous front desk, laundry, accounting, or night audit experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic math and accounting skills for balancing financial reports.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
