Job DescriptionDescriptionTeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Civil Engineering Lead for one of our clients.

This is an ONSITE position based in Washington DC 20593.

Please note that 15% travel is also required.

The Civil Engineering Lead provides subject matter expertise in civil engineering to support asset management and compliance activities.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide design expertise; Advise on planning and compliance; Support modernization
  • Support enterprise application modernization and integration efforts for a large-scale federal civil engineering organization managing an approximately $80B infrastructure portfolio
  • Assist in transforming legacy business processes, workflows, and approval mechanisms (e.g., workflow automation, document management, shared inboxes, and enterprise systems) to improve efficiency and data integrity
  • Provide enterprise integration, modernization, and program support services across multiple engineering, logistics, recruiting, and capability organizations
  • Support the prioritization and management of capital projects through improved system integration, data analysis, and process optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across headquarters directorates and field organizations to align systems, processes, and modernization initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise in civil engineering–related enterprise systems, project controls, and infrastructure management tools
  • Ensure modernization efforts comply with federal processes, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements
  • Develop, analyze, and improve workflows, reporting, and decision-support tools for engineering and logistics leadership


Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PMP or equivalent certification required.
  • An active secret clearance, or the ability to acquire one.
