Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.</li>
<li>Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.</li>
<li>Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.</li>
<li>Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry.</li>
</ul>
