Job Description
Great News – You Can Get Paid to Care for Your Loved One!
Are you already helping a parent, grandparent, sibling, or close friend with daily tasks and support? Why not turn your care into a rewarding career?
At EmpathyKare Home Care, you can get paid to provide non-medical, in-home care to someone you love—legally, professionally, and with full support from our agency. Through Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver program, we make it easy for family members like you to step into the role of caregiver—and actually get paid for the work you're already doing.
✅ The best part? Your loved one doesn’t have to be over 60. Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver program also supports eligible individuals of any age with disabilities, allowing them to receive care at home from someone they know and trust.
This isn’t just a job. It’s your chance to make a difference, stay close to home, and earn great benefits while supporting someone who means the world to you.
Whether your loved one is a senior, has a disability, or needs a little extra daily support, you’ll be empowering them to live safely and comfortably at home—and we’ll be with you every step of the way.
