Overview
The Business EDI Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining EDI operations while helping to ensure a seamless transition to a new ERP system. This position requires hands-on EDI experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and trading partners.
This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- EDI Setup & Maintenance

- Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of EDI transactions
- Ensure compliance with customer and trading partner requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI issues to ensure data accuracy and continuity
- ERP Transition Support

- Act as a key resource during the migration of current EDI processes to a new ERP system
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and solutions
- Support ongoing EDI stability throughout the ERP implementation
- Stakeholder Coordination

- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, customers, and EDI trading partners
- Facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of EDI-related issues
- Coordinate and support training for internal users and external partners
- Testing & Validation

- Support and help lead end-to-end testing of EDI transactions in the new ERP environment
- Validate transaction accuracy, data integrity, and process flows
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI-related errors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting EDI operations
- Strong understanding of EDI processes, transaction workflows, and partner requirements
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or system migrations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, on-site collaborative environment
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday on-site in Parsippany, NJ
- Remote Fridays
