About the Role:

As the first and last point of contact for our clients, youll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and organized atmosphere. From greeting guests to managing appointments and assisting with memberships, your attention to detail and positive attitude will support the entire teams success.

What Youll Do:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience
  
  
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
  
  
• Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
  
  
• Support membership sales by explaining services and benefits clearly
  
  
• Ensure the studio is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked at all times
  
  
• Assist the Stretch Team with administrative tasks and special events
  
  
• Uphold the studios culture of professionalism, respect, and positivity

• Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping people
  
  
• Organized & Reliable: Able to multitask, manage appointments, and keep things running smoothly
  
  
• Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; bilingual (Spanish/English) a big plus
  
  
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and basic office programs
  
  
• Wellness Enthusiast: Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a plus!
