Role Description The Corporate Recruiter is a full-time, hybrid role based in Fort Washington, PA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The Corporate Recruiter will develop and maintain talent pipelines for security, training, and corporate roles, while promoting CPHSG’s employer brand through job postings, networking, and outreach. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, creating clear and compliant job descriptions, organizing interview schedules, and ensuring timely communication with applicants. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting compliance & onboarding activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate or agency recruiting, including full-cycle recruitment and very high volume candidate sourcing.
  • \n

  • Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessing qualifications for diverse roles.
  • \n

  • Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, online platforms, and referral programs.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and non-discriminatory hiring standards.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and common office software.
  • \n

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • \n

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • \n

  • Experience recruiting for security, risk management, or training-related roles is beneficial.
  • \n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary

  • $55,000 - $60,000 base salary + commissions + benefits
