<p>We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Opening new files</li>
<li>Setting up claims with insurance companies</li>
<li>Contacting adjusters</li>
<li>Regular communication with clients</li>
<li>Scanning, mailing, requesting accident reports</li>
<li>Submitting open record requests</li>
<li>Other duties, as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Written and Verbal Communication Skills</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook</li>
<li>Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Highly detail-oriented</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, handle a fast-paced work environment, and manage a large caseload with a great attitude and minimal supervision</li>
<li>Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required</li>
