Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00
Compensation is determined based on your experience and qualifications.
In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime, commission, performance-based increases and bonuses.

A Convenience Store Salesclerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role involves assisting customers with purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating items.
Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized store, including shelving and displays.
Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation of products.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
Prepare and serve hot or packaged food items, if applicable.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Adhere to safety and security protocols, including loss prevention measures.
Required Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required for loading and unloading.
The role involves physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy products.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
