We are looking for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join our practice in San Francisco, California. Our goal is to deliver exceptional healthcare that is accessible, personalized, and centered around building strong patient relationships. A ready-made patient panel is available for a physician committed to disease prevention and promoting overall wellness.

Position Overview:

• Join a well-established Primary Care office.
• Collaborate closely with four other primary care physicians.
• Assume responsibility for an existing patient panel.
• Participate in a membership-based concierge practice that provides 24/7 direct access to care.
• Maintain a low patient load, seeing 4-6 patients daily.
• Some house calls will be part of the role.
• Work with a dedicated support staff to foster a team-oriented environment.

Benefits Offered:

• First-year base salary ranging from $305K to $315K, with financial potential reaching between $350K and $450K.
