- Greenstein Sellers PLLC is a boutique law firm focusing on business law, banking, real estate, and litigation. The firm takes pride in maintaining high standards of professionalism and legal excellence.
- Founded in 2019, the firm has grown quickly and now includes sixteen attorneys. The firm handles a substantial volume of commercial litigation involving property insurance claims, commercial collections, and real estate–related litigation. The firm is looking for an associate attorney to assist with this litigation work. Case files will range from insurance disputes on property damage claims to real estate work involving property owners and homeowner associations — including construction defect claims, collections, and commercial litigation.
Role Description
- The firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its Commercial & Real Estate Litigation team. This on-site position is based in Minneapolis, MN. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling complex commercial and real estate litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, providing legal advice to clients, engaging in negotiations, and participating in court hearings and trials as necessary. The associate will work collaboratively with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Litigation experience with a focus on insurance disputes and real estate preferred
- Proficiency in conducting in-depth Legal Research
- Skilled in Negotiation and dispute resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Minnesota Bar
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation is expected to range from $100,000 to $190,000 per year, based on the number of years practicing, experience in litigation, and hours billed. However, compensation may vary dependent upon an applicants portable book of business or files originated to the Firm, and may exceed this estimate.
- Base compensation for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000 per year, and is determined based on years practicing, with additional compensation provided for:

Working Attorney Receipts (depending on compensation formula)
Bonuses are also provided based on overall firm and employee performance.
