We are seeking a customer service representative for Saratoga Springs. This position is to track shipments and communicate with the customers and warehouse personnel. When there is down time, it is required to assist with returns in the warehouse. This position is within a food service company. The typical schedule is Sunday 8am to 1pm and Monday through Thursday from 11:30 am until done.
Below are some of the duties that will be performed...
- Review and correct order file status report, transfer order file for routing
- Notify customers or sales reps of item "outs"
- Ensure COAs and Spec sheets are provided to Customers
- Daily invoicing and credit memos
- Credit and Collections, Answer calls and direct to appropriate person
- Research customer and sales inquiries
- Filing
- Providing Vacation relief to sales reps
- Needs experience with spreadsheet software, word processing and 10 key
- Must no general warehouse and assist as needed.
