What we’re looking for in our agents:

• Active real estate license (required)
• Full-time availability and a commitment to growth
• Passion for helping clients buy and sell homes
• Experience drafting purchase and listing agreements
• Strong skills in property evaluations and pricing strategies
• Responsiveness and availability for client needs
• Dedication to keeping CRM systems updated, including Zillow integrations
