What You’ll Do
\n
\n
- \n
- Hands-on Device Building: Prototype devices, conducting bench testing, and performing pre-clinical evaluations.
- Cutting-Edge Manufacturing: Utilize advanced equipment including thermal bonding equipment, laser welding, catheter tipping, vertical reflow, and band swaging.
- Solve Complex Problems: Apply creative mechanical engineering solutions to critical early-stage medical device components and contract manufacturing (CM) projects.
- Partner Globally: Support production and development demands from global multi-national partners as well as startup innovators.

What We’re Looking For
\n
\n
- \n
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience on the lab bench building prototypes and performing benchtop/pre-clinical evaluations.
- Technical Skills: Experience with catheter/balloon processing equipment (thermal bonding, laser welding, tipping, reflow, band swaging).
- Background: Prior experience within a medical device startup or innovative contract manufacturer (CM) preferred.
- Mindset: A creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
