Location: Ohio

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 + annual performance bonus

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of high-performance data center projects across Ohio. This role involves full project lifecycle management - from preconstruction and budgeting to commissioning and closeout - ensuring each build meets client expectations, safety standards, and financial targets.

You’ll lead a skilled team, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain control over schedule, cost, and quality to deliver complex, mission-critical projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data center construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring all milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
  • Collaborate with field teams and superintendents to maintain workflow and resolve issues proactively.
  • Identify potential risks and establish mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project financials - including cost tracking, invoicing, and forecasting - and report regularly on progress and profitability.
  • Negotiate and process change orders as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth and operational excellence.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical or mechanical construction projects, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing budgets, schedules, and multi-million-dollar projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction cost control, scheduling, estimating, and productivity tracking.
  • Familiarity with union labor environments and workforce management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.

What You’ll Gain

  • Opportunity to lead some of the most advanced and power-intensive data center builds in the region.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technology infrastructure supporting AI and high-density computing.
  • A collaborative, growth-focused environment where safety, integrity, and innovation drive success.
  • Competitive salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits - including health coverage, 401(k) with match, paid leave, and professional development support.

Join a team building the infrastructure that powers the digital world.

If you’re a results-driven leader ready to manage complex data center projects and grow your career, we’d like to meet you.
