We’re hiring a professional, highly organized real estate operations manager to supervise our administrative assistants and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of the monthly budget, purchasing office supplies when necessary, and performing basic bookkeeping duties. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
Benefits: PTO, Bonus
Work Schedule:
- 9-6 Monday-Friday - 40+ hours weekly
- Phone and email flexibility on weekends
Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary
- Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials
- Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
- Manage lower-level administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followed
- Track office expenses, do basic bookkeeping, and maintain the monthly budget
- Prepare listings for market by coordinating and scheduling vendors
- Manage showings and provide updates
- Create and implement all systems and processes for the office
- Oversee social media and marketing efforts
- Create a Marketing calendar for the whole year and follow it
- Manage emails and CRM database
- Direct office procedures and manage database and staff to make sure operations run smoothly
- Set up a system to collect reviews from the clients and vendors
Qualifications:
- Real estate license preferred but not required
- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of real estate experience supporting agents at a high level
- MUST be proficient with electronic online signing docs (Skyslope). Also proficient with MLS, CRM systems, Social Media, and Google Suite
- You must have a personal vehicle you can use for work, carry insurance, and have a valid driver’s license
