We are seeking a Retail Salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently, open and close store
- Engage & Sell: Greet customers, share product stories, and hit daily sales goals
- Gift Presentation: Wrap, label, and prepare purchases beautifully for gifting.
- Product Knowledge: Explain ingredients, scents, and benefits of natural self-care items (training provided).
- Maintain Display: Keep the pod clean and organized
- Be the Brand: Create an exceptional customer experience with every sale
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Customize orders
Qualifications:
- Mandatory Shift: Thursday/Friday 10:30am-5:30pm; Other Days Optional
- Previous work history, experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
