About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Contracts Clerk to join our Las Vegas team. In this role, you’ll provide daily office support for our sales representatives and help ensure smooth processing of timeshare sales contracts. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation, assisting customers after the sale, and supporting the efficiency of our sales operations.
What You’ll Do

Prepare, type, process, scan, and distribute timeshare sales contracts, including addendums and updates.

Handle customer correspondence, contract corrections, and follow-up communications after the sale.

Process down payments and assist Verification Loan Officers (VLOs) with contract questions.

Facilitate communication between sales representatives, VLOs, and customers.

Verify and balance customer tours against resort records.

Research and obtain equity information for timeshare mortgage upgrades.

Perform additional administrative duties to support the sales office.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office or administrative experience preferred.

Strong typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and company-specific software.

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
