Job DescriptionPremier Placements LLC is hiring friendly and motivated Leasing Consultants to support apartment communities in and around Atlanta, GA.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent client benefits and a chance to build a long-term career in property management. We service apartment communities throughout Metro Atlanta, GA including Sandy Springs, GA, Alpharetta, GA, Duluth, GA, Marietta, GA, Canton, GA and more.
Pay: $16.50 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
Hours: Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm to 5 pm.
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You’ll help showcase available apartment homes, answer questions, and guide applicants through the leasing process. If you enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service, this is a great opportunity to grow in the multifamily industry.
Leasing Consultant Qualifications:
- Fair Housing Certification (Provided at no cost for those needing certification).
- A history of face to face sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and via email.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features of available units.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and update property management software.
- Support resident retention efforts and assist with community events.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Climb up and down stairs multiple times a day.
- Comfortably lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Work in an office or outside environment as needed.
