We are looking for a part-time, multi-purpose role that supports multiple areas of store operations including cashiering, stocking, and shift supervisor responsibilities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and working across different areas of the store.

Evening & weekend shift
24-30 hours per week
Requirements:
Customer Service & Cashiering
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process transactions
- Handle cash, cards, SNAP/WIC, and other payment types
- Verify ID and follow all alcohol and tobacco sales laws and company procedures
- Assist with bagging, carry-outs, and general customer needs
Stocking & Merchandising
- Unload deliveries and stock shelves according to store standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory movement
- Build and maintain displays that support sales and promotions
- Ensure shelves are faced, organized, and fully stocked
- Maintain clean and organized backroom and storage areas
Shift Support (PIC Responsibilities – When Assigned)
- Provide leadership support during assigned shifts
- Assist with customer concerns and operational questions
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Support team members and help coordinate workflow
- Approve transactions requiring supervisory authorization
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and support multiple areas of the store
- Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
- Must be 18 years or older to perform PIC duties and alcohol/tobacco sales
