Quality Assurance Coordinator
We are seeking a QA coordinator with 2-5 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Standards to administer and maintain all areas of the quality and occupational health and safety of the management systems. General responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general guidelines of management,
· Manage Document Control; Control of Monitoring and Measuring Devices; Nonconforming Product; Corrective Action; Preventive Action; Quality Records; Quality Audits and Infrastructure.
· Maintain an ISO 9001 complaint Quality Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
· Assume the responsibilities of the ISO Quality Management System Representative.
· Provide support to all departments on quality-related issues or initiatives.
· Interact and interface with various personnel for quality assurance support
· and Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation in the areas outlined below.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience maybe substituted for education.
Must have two to three years of work experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and/or ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Standards. Certified ISO 9001 training by a QMS registrar or auditor may be substituted for work experience.
KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrated knowledge in document control, measuring and test equipment, nonconforming product, corrective action, preventive action, quality records and quality audits. Must have MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook work knowledge.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated ability to read, analyze and interpret compliance standard reports; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Effectively manage and interact with all levels of employees.
