We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide advanced technical support and ensure seamless operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver advanced IT support and resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, and network connectivity.
  • Support industry specific equipment.
  • Manage and resolve service tickets with a customer-centric approach.
  • Configure devices, perform workstation setups, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT support
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations and provide on-site troubleshooting.
  • High technical proficiency across Windows, endpoints, Active Directory, and enterprise tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure .
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision.
