We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide advanced technical support and ensure seamless operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced IT support and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, and network connectivity.
- Support industry specific equipment.
- Manage and resolve service tickets with a customer-centric approach.
- Configure devices, perform workstation setups, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.

- Experience: 5+ years in IT support
- Ability to travel to multiple locations and provide on-site troubleshooting.
- High technical proficiency across Windows, endpoints, Active Directory, and enterprise tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure .
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision.
