Position Overview:
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of electrical projects from start to finish. Must have a strong construction background in electrical systems, project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
A Project Manager Shall:
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring all phases from design through to installation
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work
- Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and resolve any project-related issues
- Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development
- Coordinate and work closely with the Pre-Construction/Pre-Fabrication department on all projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and codes
- Office and field-based work environment
- Visit construction sites and comply with all safety requirements
- Experience with small and medium-scale commercial electrical projects.
- Knowledge of the electrical codes NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, a plus
Compensation
- Salary of $110K
- Plus project bonus
- Truck allowance
