Job Title: Systems Analyst 3
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Position Type: ONSITE/Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Level Description:
- 8 or more years of experience required.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Independently performs a variety of complex tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and conduct cost/benefit analysis for alternatives.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing computer systems.
- Collaborate with personnel from organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify issues, and learn specific input/output requirements.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and necessary steps to develop or modify computer programs.
- Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested changes are feasible within existing systems.
Additional Job Details & Considerations:
- The contractor will support Data Engineering and Data Governance work in the SHARP program.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- 10 years of experience using Informatica tools including Powercenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360.
- 10 years of experience establishing Master Data and Reference data for large organizations. Experience with Informatica MDM is preferred.
- 10 years of experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ.
- 4 years of experience working with enterprise-scale data sets in Snowflake.
- 2 years of experience with Python scripts for automation and interaction with APIs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A Master’s degree or 6+ years of experience is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or public health is preferred.
- Experience at a state agency is preferred.
