Qualifications
- Bachelorâ€s degree in sciences or engineering; Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment is required
- Experience and working knowledge of Project Management tools
- Must have proven leadership with significant experience in demonstrating effective influence of senior management
- Proven record of leading teams in delivering results
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Consumer Health Supply Chain and appropriate councils, to identify key emerging Operational Excellence opportunities and drive overall achievement of Manufacturing effectiveness.
- In coordination with the siteâ€s Project Management Office (PMO), optimize the entire portfolio to improve costs of resources and maximize benefits while maturing digital capabilities
- Maintain high quality and safety compliance standards, while planning and executing the project portfolio
- Drive associated governance processes to enable continuous improvement, product insourcing and new product introductions (NPIs)
- Facilitate the Process Excellence Program to enable growth, improve systems, waste elimination and employee engagement by applying Process Excellence tools within the KOE framework
