Keller Williams Northern Michigan is looking for a detail-focused and personable Office Administrator to support our growing real estate team in Traverse City. This key role within our Market Center requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, growth-minded, an excellent communicator, highly organized, and tech-savvy—especially with Microsoft Office. As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact at the Market Center, creating a welcoming experience for both agents and clients.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival at the Market Center.
- Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and handle mail, checks, and packages efficiently.
- Assist agents by entering data for listings and sales, aiding in onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth office communications.
- Coordinate events and training sessions, maintain tidy meeting rooms, and organize office events effectively.
- Provide support for setting up technology during meetings and assist with office systems and software.
- Cultivate positive relationships with agents to contribute to the Market Center's vibrant culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service positions, with a preference for those with a background in real estate.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Calendar, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Knowledge of graphic design and marketing is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills are a must.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
- A positive, outgoing demeanor and willingness to take the initiative in a dynamic environment are key qualities we are seeking.
