Our client located in Sandy Springs is looking for a Leasing Agent to join their team.

Pay: $21 - $22/HR + Commission

Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm

Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Tour prospects and close leases. Aim to maintain a 25-30% closing ratio on gross traffic
• Answer phones in a professional manner, including follow up with prospects and vendors
• Review lease paperwork with new residents
• Prepare renewal leases
• Perform move-in/out inspections
• Maintain guest lobby daily including guest card follow up, stocking refreshments and brochures, preparing “welcome” folders, send thank you cards, managing surveys, flyers, newsletters, etc.
• Set up “show units”
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding market/comps
• Unit and amenity inspections (rotate units weekly)
• Two-day walks
• Plan and participate in resident functions
• File invoices and work orders and keep an organized area
• Process applications
• Update D.A.R.
• Submit Maintenance service requests
• Marketing the community

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Residential Leasing experience- Conventional
• Associate’s Degree
• Customer service skills
• Successful closing ratio
• Initiative to complete all tasks efficiently and independently
• Attention to detail
