Job Description

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to Finance workstream leadership.
  • Track action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies arising from Finance-related meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and ensure appropriate follow-up on commitments.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and trackers.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for project meetings and workshops.
  • Support preparation of executive-level status reports and presentations.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Functional Leads, and Systems Integrators to support program delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and communication standards.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably within Finance workstreams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting public sector ERP implementations.
  • Workday implementation experience, particularly within Finance modules.
  • Prior contract or staff augmentation experience on enterprise programs.
  • Experience working with systems integrators.
