Job Description
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to Finance workstream leadership.
- Track action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies arising from Finance-related meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and ensure appropriate follow-up on commitments.
- Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and trackers.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for project meetings and workshops.
- Support preparation of executive-level status reports and presentations.
- Partner with Project Managers, Functional Leads, and Systems Integrators to support program delivery.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and communication standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably within Finance workstreams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting public sector ERP implementations.
- Workday implementation experience, particularly within Finance modules.
- Prior contract or staff augmentation experience on enterprise programs.
- Experience working with systems integrators.
