Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Schedule and coordinate moving appointments, ensuring accurate booking details
- Provide customers with accurate quotes, service information, and moving guidance
- Follow up with customers before and after moves to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain and update customer records in the company's scheduling system
- Collaborate with dispatch and moving crews to communicate special requests or schedule changes
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor
- Experience in the moving, logistics, or home services industry is not required, but is a plus
