We are currently hiring for full time Sales Associates at Dillard’s Great Northern! We are looking for experienced and outgoing team members that share our passion for fashion, excellent customer service, and are looking to grow in their career path! We offer a personalized and attentive shopping experience here at Dillards and want our guests to have the best shopping experience through our product knowledge, personal shopping for clients, and exceptional customer service!
Selling experience is required.
Some of the day-to-day job requirements include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales, service, and thorough product knowledge.
- Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product features
- Meeting both personal and department sales goals on a daily basis
- Develop a clientele base and connect with clients via our company’s clientele application
- Follow and achieve individual and department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Maintaining presentable product displays and filling in new stock as it arrives
- Educating and signing up customers for our store credit card program
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered
- Processing POS (point of sale) purchases and returns
- Building relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
