Compensation:
$140,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and train new and experienced real estate agents
- Provide ongoing guidance to help team members grow production and reach their goals
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for growth and retention
- Support agents with transaction guidance, contracts, and compliance questions
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration within your team
- Leverage company resources, tools, and systems to help agents succeed
Qualifications:
- Active Michigan real estate license required and/or willingness to obtain broker's license
- Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or brokerage support
- Strong track record of production and knowledge of local real estate market
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop agents at different career stages
- Organized and resourceful with a focus on long term growth
