Home Remodeling Salesperson

Suwannee Sunshine Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, personable salesperson to join our home remodeling team. If you enjoy meeting people, helping homeowners improve their homes, and earning great pay through strong sales performance, we want to hear from you.
We provide kitchen and bathroom remodeling, windows and doors, siding, insulation, flooring, and other home improvements. This role involves meeting with customers in their homes and guiding them through the entire sales process—from understanding their needs to selecting products, preparing estimates, and signing the contract.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling goals, needs, and budgets.
- Develop strong product knowledge and explain available materials, features, and options.
- Help customers select products, finishes, and designs that fit their project.
- Take accurate measurements and document existing conditions.
- Prepare accurate estimates and clearly define the scope of work.
- Present proposals, answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
- Review pricing, payment terms, and contract details with customers and obtain signed agreements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate sales records.
- Communicate measurements, product selections, and project details to our office and production team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
- Confidence presenting proposals and asking for the sale.
- Attention to detail when measuring, estimating, and completing contracts.
- Good organization, follow-through, and time management.
- Ability to learn our products and remodeling processes.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for traveling to customer appointments.
- Previous home improvement, remodeling, construction, or in-home sales experience preferred.
